Framtidens medarbetare, Train & Rail

Meet the employees of the future at Train & Rail

The railway industry is growing and developing all over the world and therefore the need for more employees is greater than ever. The breadth of the industry also means a rich flora of careers and opportunities in a large number of roles. During Train & Rail, the industry will present some of the opportunities for new careers that exist today and will need in the future.

Day three at the fair, the 27th, has a special focus on the employees of the future at Train & Rail. The railway industry's collaboration forum (JBS) will have a meeting place at Meetingpoint, in the middle of the fair, that day under our attractiveness brand Järnvägsjobb.se to meet future potential employees and inspire and attract them to the industry. Of course, there are also representatives from Swedtrain, the fair's organizer, as well as other interest organizations and companies on site to tell you more about the companies' needs and future plans.

Are you one of the employees of the future?
On the stage at Meetingpoint, there will be a program tailored for students, high school students, and career counselors. At Meetingpoint, there will be ambassadors (employees from the industry) who can talk about the industry, what it's like to work in it, the different professions they have, and the education they have received. There will also be several education providers present who can provide more information about different education programs.

Are you an exhibitor interested in reaching the employees of the future?
